GTA 6 fans have spotted a car badge that looks surprisingly similar to Ferrari’s famous logo, but the emblem appears to belong to Rockstar’s fictional car brand, Grotti.

The discovery has sparked discussion on Reddit, with players examining whether the badge is a new design for Grand Theft Auto VI.

The discussion began after a Reddit user shared a clip showing a Ferrari-like sports car in GTA 6.

The post, titled “Licensed ferrari badge in GTA6?”, points to a logo that looks much closer to the real Ferrari emblem than some fans expected.

However, commenters quickly suggested that the badge belongs to Grotti, Rockstar’s fictional car manufacturer inspired by Ferrari.

One user explained that the emblem features a rabbit rather than Ferrari’s famous prancing horse, while another noted that the same Grotti badge had appeared on the 1995 Grotti Cheetah.

Grotti has been part of the Grand Theft Auto series for years, allowing Rockstar to include cars inspired by real-world Ferrari models without using the real manufacturer’s name. The Grotti Cheetah, for example, takes inspiration from classic Ferrari sports cars.

This approach is not new for Rockstar. The series uses fictional manufacturers such as Grotti, Pegassi, and Pfister for vehicles inspired by Ferrari, Lamborghini, and Porsche, respectively.

These made-up brands let Rockstar create recognizable cars while keeping them part of the fictional GTA universe.

The interesting part of this discovery is the badge itself. Fans believe Rockstar may have updated Grotti’s emblem for GTA 6, giving it a design that looks even more like Ferrari’s logo at first glance.

If that is the case, it would be another small change that players have noticed while examining the game’s vehicles.

Still, the badge does not confirm that GTA 6 will feature officially licensed Ferrari cars.

The discussion points to a Grotti emblem, and Rockstar has not announced any partnership with Ferrari for the game.

Rockstar is known for creating detailed vehicles inspired by real cars, and fans continue to compare their designs with their real-world counterparts.

With GTA 6 expected to feature a wide range of vehicles, more details about returning brands and updated designs may emerge as the release date approaches.

Players can check the official GTA 6 website for confirmed information about the game.

For now, the supposed Ferrari badge appears to be another example of Rockstar refining its fictional car brands rather than introducing real-world vehicle licensing.
