The Fontainebleau Miami Beach hotel has reportedly been illuminated in GTA 6’s signature pink and magenta colors, adding another striking sight to Rockstar Games’ growing marketing campaign across South Florida.

The beachfront hotel is home to LIV, one of Miami’s best-known nightclubs. Its exterior lighting reportedly took on a gradient of bright pink and magenta, giving the complex a look that fits the colorful nightlife atmosphere of Grand Theft Auto VI’s Vice City.

LIV is a major part of Miami’s real nightlife scene, with its large interior, dramatic lighting, and regular DJ performances. The venue provides a natural comparison for GTA 6’s fictional nightlife locations, which draw inspiration from the real city.

One of those fictional locations is VYB, a nightclub brand associated with GTA 6’s Vice City. The name has also appeared in Rockstar’s recent real-world advertising campaign in Miami, where digital screens have displayed promotions for fictional businesses from the game. However, Rockstar has not officially confirmed that VYB is a direct recreation of LIV.

The Fontainebleau lighting display adds to the growing list of GTA 6-inspired marketing seen around Miami. Recent promotions have included fictional car brands, nightclub advertisements, customized vehicles, and plans to transform parts of Miami Beach into “Vice Beach.”

Rockstar’s wider campaign also includes a proposed makeover of the W South Beach hotel into the fictional Y Hotel, a giant pink Vice Beach sign in Lummus Park, and themed decorations at Muscle Beach. Those installations are part of separate promotional agreements and remain subject to the relevant approvals.

With GTA 6 scheduled to launch on November 19, 2026, Rockstar is increasingly bringing the look and feel of Vice City into the real world. The Fontainebleau’s pink and magenta lighting is another example of how the game’s marketing is blending with Miami’s famous nightlife locations.
